Pretty disappointed with my recent experience at Northern Detailers. I had been to them in the past and was very happy with the results, but this time was a letdown. I specifically told them we were preparing to sell the car and asked them to spend as much time as needed to ensure a thorough detail. "I was very disappointed with the service I received. After paying $300, I expected my car to be spotless. However, there were still visible water spots on the windows, leftover wax on the body, and dirt on the paint. It was clear that attention to detail was lacking. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality of service. Definitely not happy with the result."

$500 for a mediocre detail. Was told car should be ready after lunch. No call at 3pm. Tried calling: no answer. Went in around 3.30: All windows were down "airing out" the car. On the drive home I tried doing windows up as it was raining and the back passenger side didn't go up or down at all. Contacted the business and they completely denied any responsibility saying it must have been an existing problem because they "don't usually touch windows". I drove from Mossman 2.5 hours away via Mareeba in pouring rain, I think I wo... read more
