I had a great experience with this dental practice. My family of 4 attended the practice for a check up and clean. The dentist was kind, patient and thorough. My two children (7 and 9) didn’t feel intimidated. We will definitely be back for regular appointments. We have nothing but praise.
I highly recommend Dr Karen she is so professional and knowledgeable. She has a lovely calming and kind manner. I am so happy I found Northern Dental in Gordon.
I recently visited Dr Karen Lai at Northern Dental with my wife and our two young boys (ages 4 and 6), and we had a fantastic experience. The dentist was incredibly patient and gentle with our children, making them feel comfortable and at ease throughout their appointments. It was clear that she took great care in her work, ensuring the kids were well looked after while also keeping us informed every step of the way. We left feeling really happy with the results.
What a relief to find a dental practice where I feel listened to and involved in my own dental care. Dr Karen was thorough and really cared. I normally have anxiety at the dentist but I walked out with a smile on my face.
Dr Lai always does a great job with teeth, she's very patient and gentle. My son loves seeing Dr Lai for his dental check ups.
