Our new screen porch and deck, built by Northern Deckworks is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the results. Northern Deckworks/Tim O'Neill is an incredibly charming man. He did catch me under his spell. I waited 1.5 years for him to build my deck. He is very clever and will nickel and dime you. I noticed the square footage in my contract, and the square footage for the deck permit is distinctly two different amounts. This means Tim charged me 5K more than my deck size. He convinced me I needed something on my deck, which I fell for. That was an additional $750.00; then he convinced me to change my door, which I did. It turned out ... read more
Their construction of the porch and repair of the deck was done with meticulous measurement. This resulted in a final look of solidarity and picture perfect.
New screen porch, deck and stone walkway Northern Deckworks did a fantastic job! The carpenters that Tim O’Neill hires are true craftsman and their work was phenomenal. We have remodeled practically every room in our home and this project was by far the most professional and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Tim O’Neill and his carpenters were very professional, patient, and kind. I would highly recommend them for any remodel project.
