ON very short notice , just before 4th July weekend, I needed two unusual small inner tubes for my Terra Trike. without them, NO BIKE riding with my two daughters! Northern Cycle answered my FB query AFTER HOURS (9 PM), they checked their inventory, had JUST WHAT I needed in Park Rapids and they SAVED THE Familiy Weekend!!! THANK YOU! Great customer service!

After a glitch regarding my reservation for a road bike rental the Park Rapids staff more than made up for the inconvenience! I have been to several bike shops over the last few years. I found the staff at Northern Cycle to always be friendly and helpful. They have worked on several of my bikes and have always given me great service. Thanks again for the great service. I would and have recomended people to check this store if your looking for a new bike or looking for a honest and respectable repair shop.
The staff at Northern Cycle promises less and delivers more!!! Fantastic customer service. I was so sad when my bike broke on the trail, and was worried that I would not be able to get it fixed before my vacation ended. I brought it in to Northern Cycle on Wednesday morning, they said it would most likely be Thursday afternoon before they could get to it because they are very busy.
