Called and asked to make an appointment, was told there were no openings until next week. I said that was fine. The person asked what day I wanted, I asked what was available. They said they weren't going to read me every available appointment and seemed quite annoyed to be on the phone. I've got my hair a cut a few times at Northern Cuts, they do a good job. But calling to schedule I usually get someone who's annoyed to answer the phone.
Very happy with the service I have gotten over the years with Kitty.
