Everyone always asks how you're feeling that day (what separates a GOOD patient-oriented collective from a bullshit one), always take an interest in you. Never pushy about what's good. Always ask what kind of condition you're trying to remediate, and what helps you best. I'm not surprised to see the negative comments on here, as most people who are satisfied never write a review, and no business can satisfy everyone.I visit northern cross about once a week and see many highly satisfied patients coming and going.
