If I could give zero stars, I would. While myself and my 2 year old son were battling pneumonia, RSV, AND Flu A, two bills that were set up through eCheck hit (ironically instantly for the first time ever in my personal banking history) before my Venmo transfer. I was hit with 2 $33 overdraft fees and when I called to explain and ask that they be reversed, I was told that I’d hear by the EOD. In the past years I have received New York State checks with both mine and my wife's name on them my name is the only one on the account to receive another state check and all of a sudden she have to have ID again when they told me I would need it because her own work checks get deposited into my bank account play hold that check out of my account and now all my other bills are going to bounce and now they're telling me it's going to be four to five business days before I can take my wife in there to show ID all everyone kee... read more
