Northern Credit Union has always been great! I would never go anywhere else!
You guys have just 1 person working at the phone operating system. I called. I hung up on the lady because she was repeating herself and just frustrating me. I called back 10 minutes later same lady and so I was like. Can I get transferred to somebody else? And she hangs up on me so very unprofessional. Here I would like to talk to a manager so I call back again. And it's been 30 minutes now and I have not received a call.
