If I could give zero stars, I would. While myself and my 2 year old son were battling pneumonia, RSV, AND Flu A, two bills that were set up through eCheck hit (ironically instantly for the first time ever in my personal banking history) before my Venmo transfer. I was hit with 2 $33 overdraft fees and when I called to explain and ask that they be reversed, I was told that I’d hear by the EOD.
