I'm not a member but my daughter is and I go in with her sometimes because I don't feel like waiting in the car, lol. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful to her and to me as well.
Great service until today ! What’s with the locked door ? I felt like a criminal ! The teller tried to make the minimum payment , after I told him I wanted to pay it off. Then he rounded it off to the nearest $ 10 . Nota biggie but he could not follow my instructions . 😡
The atmosphere in this place is so unpleasant, the personal financial specialist Melanie Harris did not go out of her way to help us, even though we sent an email to let her know what we were looking for, it was like she spent her time discouraging our business there. she did not even look at the envelope of information we brought, which was asked for in the email she sent us prior to our visit. her unprofessionalism made us feel discouraged and uninterested in this place.
