Excellent medical advice and advocacy for their patients. Staff in any organization do not have to put up with any type of verbal abuse. ....unless you work in our city's drunk tank or remand centre. They are all good people working on your behalf and deserve the utmost respect at all times.

I am absolutely positive on the clinic's services. I had flashbacks of my childhood abuse after two incidents with Dr. T. Cavett. I was disregarded, accused of drug abuse, and medication cut off. I tried to explain my lack of medications was NOT because I used them all, it was because did not have the money to refill them. I appeared for an appointment with ANYONE OTHER THAN" Dr. T. Cavett. Excellent care, diagnostic follow up. The monitoring is necessary for the supervisors to over see the residents training. If a diagnostic concern needs to be addressed, the supervisor on duty will show up in person. Cameras are focused on the physician at the desk not the exam area for privacy. This a a Family Physician Specialst training center hence the monitoring and oversight.
