A year since my inspection MANY shocking discoveries have been made that should have been caught during inspection. Live wires. Leaking furnace with rust that clearly indicates a long time leak. Other electrical issues not in report. Support beams that were cut. The list goes on. None of this is in the report and none of this was pointed out to me. I would never recommend this service. The inspector was more concerned about talking about all his rental properties and projects which clearly distracted him from doing his job. ... read more
I have used a couple of home inspectors and would recommend Northern Inspections above all others. I have now used him twice and was impressed both times. I even phoned him after some minor flooding and he was so generous and helpful in letting me know what damage was done and how to best repair and protect my home. His reports are thorough and he takes the time to make sure you understand the report. Make him your first, and only, call!
I’ve had the pleasure of using Stephan’s services twice now and will continue to do so for future projects. He comes highly recommended, and it’s clear why.
