Stephan was so great to work with. He was professional, friendly and didn’t mind me following him around the house asking him questions lol he was thorough and so knowledgeable on how we can improve our home in the future. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and that’s exactly the kind of experience you want. Thank you Stephan for making this part of home ownership smooth and easy.
Great experience with Northern Commercial & Home Inspections. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They did a great job and paid close attention to the details. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!
If you want an inspector who is knowledgeable, kind, and honest, go with this company. Stephan is truly incredible. He actually takes the time to explain things and never hesitates to answer any questions you have. We couldn’t be more thankful to have him support us through the purchase of our first home. I would recommend him to everyone I know looking for an inspector in the future. Thank you will never be enough!
Stephen was very thorough, great to deal with and easy to speak to. He took the time going through the house and explaining his findings. Gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m moving into a home with no concerns inside and out. Highly recommend!
Stephan Tremblay is extremely knowledgeable. He is good and fast at what he does. He explains everything in detail what he sees and if it is an issue. I will be recommending him to friends and family.
