My Mother-in-laws furnace broke on a Friday and we left three messages over the weekend at the office and cell phone numbers posted on the furnace (24 hour service?). We received a call-back Monday afternoon, after Morrow's, who I called at 9 am Monday morning, had been there and diagnosed the problem. I understand that weekends are for family, but then do not advertise 24 hr service and/or call in a timely manner, Not impressed. Always courteous, friendly, fair and very knowledgable. They are prompt in responding as well.
Don't even bother with these guys. I wish I had read the low reviews before going to them. I called 2 weeks ago and they would get back to me... My wife called today and they told her I never called. Great way to run a business... (please note the sarcasm) They will never receive any business from me.
Came out right away to save our family from having no heat, they fixed the issue and provided education to us on multiple areas of our heating system to prevent further issues. Professional and reliable
