Always courteous, friendly, fair and very knowledgable. They are prompt in responding as well.
Don't even bother with these guys. I wish I had read the low reviews before going to them. I called 2 weeks ago and they would get back to me... My wife called today and they told her I never called. Great way to run a business... (please note the sarcasm) They will never receive any business from me.
Came out right away to save our family from having no heat, they fixed the issue and provided education to us on multiple areas of our heating system to prevent further issues. Professional and reliable
Terrible communication. Twice I've attempted to have work done (purchase and install a furnace) (install an AC unit). Both times was assured that would be happy to give a quote and complete the job but were busy so it may be a week or two. After waiting and trying to be in touch with them for over 5 months about the furnace I moved on. NEVER received a call back or visit for a quote. Very disappointing.
Always a pleasure dealing with Northern Comfort. They are very thorough and provide high quality work. On a personal note I also chose them to install heating and HVac and AC for our new build of my home and if I had to do it all over again I would contact them for sure!
