we drive an hour and thirty minutes one way to see Dr Flake and her staff. The only clinic we trust completely.
For the safety of your animal - do not go here. We have dropped so much money and as embarrassing as it is to admit we allowed it to continue trusting the process. It's worth warning others so they don't experience the same thing we did. Around $10k later and we are going to another vet to hopefully save our dogs quality of life, if we are even able too. I wish we found them sooner! We ended up with an elderly cat, during our efforts to find the issue and eventually having to put him down, the entire team offered so much compassion. I could go on for days on finally finding a vet that cares and doesn't guilt trip you every visit.
We started bringing our dog here last summer when we first adopted her at age 4mos. She has grown into a 65lb beauty of lean muscle with a big heart and endless energy. She gets anxious in the office and starts to sing while waiting but the techs are amazing at working fast and as a team to trim her nails or get blood draws without stressing her out even more, in fact she jumps all over them with love when they give her back to us.
