This is a great and effective program for working through the divorce process. I came out of it with the tools I need to help move forward in life, and a group if new fruends. Jen is a great facilitator and counselour who creates an open and welcoming environment for everyone. If you are going through a divorce I can't recomment this enough.
Jen does an amazing job of bringing people together in a fun, safe and engaging environment. I learned important lessons that helped and guided me through my difficult divorce journey. The content was applicable and encouraging, I looked forward to going to every class. I made connections that helped heal me and had the group support during some very dark days. Rebuilders was just what I needed to move through my divorce in a healthy, reflective, and supported way. Jen is AMAZING! I learned so much about myself during this class and made some wonderful connections with the other participants, too.
