I was seeking improved upper and lower prosthetic implants to replace flared, chipping set I had. Accountability and honesty was in short supply here. Lab errors, letting the Prosthodontist (Dr. Soter) go that was on track with delivering a good set, and interferences by the office manager, Ron Bergloff caused this process to end with a 26% refund and no wearable temps and no final prosthetics. My appointment was October 12th 2017, I was at there office 8:38am. I sat in there Office for 40 minutes. I heard the people working there in the back talking AMOUNG themselves. The young girl was talking to Blake. She asked him about his next car he would be driving. She was in the back with Blake. I just sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. There was no one at the desk. I'd been trying to find a good place for dentures and thought I'd try Affordable Dentures. That was the biggest mistake I have ever done. Positively the worst place to go. I thought I'd be stuck with the mess that I had gotten. I was referred to Front Range Dentures and thought I'd at least go talk with them. Best thing I have ever done. Doctor Barney is such a wonderful caring man that will go way beyond what needs to be done to make things fit and look great. I am so very happy to have been referred to this office. I had a front tooth break off my denture on a Sunday morning and called first thing Monday morning, they had me come in at 930 am that day, and had it fixed in an hour and a half. I couldn't be happier, especially since i was a totally new patient to them. I will recommend and return for sure!
