My car went to northern collision through insurance for axel damage. Took them 4 months to repair, when i picked it up started hearing noises from suspension, I had a wof two weeks later which I failed because northern collision had replaced a tyre and ending up putting a completely different tread pattern to the rest of the tyres (illegal and i failed wof) 6 months later the cars bolts started loosening on the subframe because they weren't torqued properly and weren't replaced (VAG cars are all one time use bolts on axel an... read more

Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs. Northern Collision took on the repair of my vehicle after an accident that, in my opinion and other professional opinions, should have resulted in the car being written off (New steering rack, new drive shaft, new suspension). The insurer approved approximately $6,000 worth of repairs rather than paying out the vehicle's value, and Northern Collision carried out the work. Please don't bring your car here for insurance repairs. May 2025 my car got in a hit and run damaging steering rack and driveshaft. It should of been a write off but Northern Collision believed they could fix it for cheap as chips and insurance loved it. My car is part of MQB ea888.3 platform and every single bolt related to subframe, suspension, axels NEED to be replaced if taken off. Northern collusion would of had to remove these parts to fix this. Northern Collusion spent $23 on 6 bolts and reused all my other bolts. Ove... read more
