Absolutely disgraceful. Came in needing medical help and was refused entry unless I bought a mask—despite them having a full box sitting behind the counter of about 50 masks, charging a dollar a mask they are turning a profit last..... They clearly care more about making a quick buck than helping people. It’s a health clinic, not a vending machine. Shameful behavior in a place that’s supposed to care for the community.
I recently had an appointment with a female doctor and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I came prepared to discuss my personal preferences for my care, However, she did not seem open to my input and became noticeably dismissive after I shared my thoughts. Rather than engaging in a respectful dialogue, she responded with attitude and was, at times, uncomfortably rude.
