Unprofessional. GP faxed a referral to Northern Cardiology in relation to me obtaining a 24 hr BP monitoring kit, as required by my employer. Three weeks later I call up to follow up, to be told that NC no longer provides 24 hr BP monitoring, but my referral should have been forwarded to the private hospital. Of course after calling the private hospital, no such referral was made to them.
