These guys lack attention to detail and don’t take pride in their work. Hired them for a new staircase, quoted 40k. Sent them pictures of what we wanted. They ended up installing bullnose treads on a floating staircase. Why? Because it’s cheaper, even though they never told us this is what they were going to do and it certainly wasn’t the way any of the pictures we sent them looked. This is just so dishonest.
