Update: Just had my 1-year checkup, and my eyesight is now a perfect 20/20…which is better than before my injury! My eye is worse at this point. Double vision that has not waned since the mid-May shot of some kind of sample drug I was given. Not going back. Going to an attorney if anything!
Exceptional service in all respects. I see Dr. Palmer. Professional, highly skilled, personable. We are fortunate to have a group of highly specialized, trained, and skilled doctors on the Monterey Peninsula.
Dr. Wieland himself might be fine, but his staff is the problem. Why does the Monterey office have someone from the Mountain View office doing a prescription refill? I told the person at the Monterey office that the worker isn't doing her job. About 3 times she has said that she would call by a particular day with an update. Each time the day passes and, surprise!, she hasn't called. It's well past time to get your staff to do their jobs!
