Great team (all staff)
Extremely disappointing experience. Not recommended. I was referred here by my optometrist as a new patient, and I booked my appointment two to three months in advance. However, the clinic suddenly changed my appointment date, simply because the doctor decided to go on vacation. What’s worse is that this clinic has six doctors, yet the front desk didn’t offer to switch me to another one. Instead, they expected me to adjust my schedule around the doctor’s vacation. Amazing place. The staff is really nice and polite, the place is clean and organized, and everyone was always explaining what they were doing and next steps. Dr Chang is amazing and explained everything in detail.
Bad service ever. Do change the doctor if you can
I've been coming to Dr Chang here for the last 18 months. He's been treating a long term problem with my left eye. a) my vision is much improved, b) everyone here including my doctor have been GREAT in terms of listening to me, customer service, dealing with insurance, and just being nice to deal with, c) I even mentioned to my doc today, when all this started, I wasn't sure if he/they were out to really help me?
