This company is a joke, please look elsewhere this is my third new home and it's the worst
Nice office with friendly staffs. There are lot of options to select. Designers are knowledgeable and very helpful. They will have the patience to explain and ready to show all available options for you. Camille was our designer and she really helped us with the selection.
We bought a 3/4 million dollar home. We had an initial appointment with another consultant and when we arrived we were told our consultant was Brennda. This was absolutely the worst experience choosing the options on a home we have EVER experienced (my 3rd new home, 9th home). I started writing down the comments from the consultant like "I will tell you what is next and I will tell you how we will proceed". After dealing with the Richmond home gallery service, buying a dream house has become a nightmare. After all the excitement discussing the new home upgrades with family members, we decided to remove four additional items from our order. Unfortunately, we missed the cut-off timeline to submit changes by three hours. As such, the home gallery team refused to accept my request.
