My daughter attended NCDC for three years and studied ballet. Most of her teachers there were fantastic, but the office staff and owners didn’t even care about my daughter let alone knew her name. They only saw us as money and if you weren’t doing multiple classes or involved in the company, you didn’t matter. The office staff was never polite and I was always met with an attitude when discussing an issue with them. They never answer their phones and it takes days to get an email response.
