This review is only based off trying to get seen, and not by the actually therapy itself. I would love to be able to leave a review on that, but we can’t even get seen past a consultation. We were referred by my daughter’s pediatrician and it took 2 1/2 months before we could even get the referral approved because they kept telling Medi-Cal that the referral needed to become straight from the doctor to Medi-Cal for a consultation. Fabulous place to bring your child for up to date therapy through play!! The therapist are loving, gentle and at all times professional. Appointments are quick to meet the needs of the clients. The office staff work with the parents to meet financial needs and to ease the stress of the parents. Not many places you would see the Executive Director sitting on the floor playing with the children, but you will see that at CTC.
