Hate how they got it set up just to try and call them to get a hold of the doctor's office. Way too complicated

Uncaring and unprofessional. I was supposed to have an appointment today (10/16/2023) to follow up after FIVE ER visits. Appointment was originally scheduled for 2:30 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early as I was told. Filled out all the paperwork, spoke with the nurse or whoever brought me to the back, then proceeded to wait an hour past my appointment time just to end up not being seen.
