Ian was incredibly helpful in helping us design the perfect stairway for our foyer! He took our vague ideas and turned them into reality. His communication was excellent, and he’s such an easy going guy. The finished product was an absolute masterpiece, we are so happy with Northern Beaches Stairworks, thank you Ian & Loui!
Two smss over a few weeks completely ignored so don’t waste your time. It only takes one minute to say you aren’t interested. It’s good business.
I submitted an enquiry with this company for a quotation to replace an existing external staircase. Despite receiving a confirmation of receipt with an auto reply they will be in touch and I am still waiting after 3 weeks. I have no idea as to the quality of the work this company produces or how reasonable their costs are but their total disrespect for potential customers says a lot to me. Make you own decision.
Ian did a top job of our first relatively "small" job. He was professional and easy to deal with. As a result, he's doing a complete rebuild on our other property! Top shelf service, cannot fault.
