I am incredibly disappointed with the level of care my 4 year old daughter received at this clinic. We have been struggling with severe eczema for 9 months, yet our experience here offered zero support. During our appointment, the doctor admitted my daughter’s condition was the worst she has seen clinically, yet she explicitly dismissed any testing and merely offered topical creams. Top notch, best possible treatment. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very dismissive and ineffective doctor. I was later given the correct diagnosis by a GP, after this doctor had misdiagnosed me. She left me alone in a room for over 10 minutes while feeling faint after a test so she could take a phone call. On top of that, the consultation was extremely expensive.
What a horrible experience for my teenage daughter. The doctor was rude, refusing to listen to her concerns and dismissing her in less than 15 minutes. Telling her she’s just have to suffer. Outrageous behaviour, especially for an appointment that cost over $500. Very disappointing to see another woman gaslight and dismiss female suffering. Avoid this practice.
Dr. Grey was absolutely brilliant—not just in her clinical expertise, but also in the way she treated me with such professionalism and respect. She was incredibly thorough in her assessment, ensuring that no detail was overlooked, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Her ability to combine deep clinical knowledge with genuine care for her patients is truly exceptional. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
