My partner had her Honda ZRV 10,000 km service here in November 2025. The invoice from Honda says they’ve rotated the wheels as per Honda’s recommendation. I can tell they haven’t been rotated. I called the service advisor, Scott Piper, who admitted that they were not rotated. I wonder what else hasn’t been done that they say has been done??? Really who can you trust these days!

Booked my Type r for recall work on a friday. They have the car for the whole day. Picked it up afternoon and noticed that the car makes metal to metal grinding noise when turning. Pretty concerning as im driving the car home. Called the service dept. the following week and told them about the issue. Called ahead to book in a recall done to my Type R. After hearing from different owners negative xperience with other Honda dealerships I decided to go with Northern beaches after being told the service was exceptional. From the initial phone call with Sam to the day of the recall, I was informed in detail about the procedure and the duration it would take. They also took care of the car leaving no marks or scuffs. They take pride in their work. Will be coming back.
