Called ahead to book in a recall done to my Type R. After hearing from different owners negative xperience with other Honda dealerships I decided to go with Northern beaches after being told the service was exceptional. From the initial phone call with Sam to the day of the recall, I was informed in detail about the procedure and the duration it would take. They also took care of the car leaving no marks or scuffs. They take pride in their work. Will be coming back.

I came here because Honda issued a safety recall for the Civic Type R. The booking process was very quick, and the replacement went smoothly. The staff were friendly, and I will definitely return here for future regular servicing.
Miradel is not your stereotypical car sales person. She spent time taking us through the features of the car both before and after purchase and laid out the option without trying to push us towards any particular deal. Love the Honda one price model vs conventional haggling.
