From the get go, staff only answer the phone with the word “hello” so you don’t even know if you have the correct number. Then they continue the conversation with extremely high defensiveness, no tolerance or patience of any request or question you have, each query being met with contempt and sarcasm. I went to the emergency room two weeks ago and had to wait a little while to be seen, which was understandable as other patients were more urgent. Despite being extremely busy — and likely understaffed for a Sunday — the nursing staff, reception team, and doctors were all incredibly kind. When I was seen, I received the correct diagnosis and the right medication.
