I have been seeing Katie from Northern Beaches Bowen now for 3 weeks. I was very sceptical at first as I did not know or understand how Bowen could help with my condition. I have cervical dystonia and have had for ten years. I see a neurologist every three months for botox. Over the ten years I have never considered complimentary treatments to assist. I injured my hip in 2009 and again last year. I was definitely losing my mobility, and two weeks ago I couldn't get up on Katie's treatment table without help. In that one treatment my hip and leg felt much freer, and last week I could easily get back on that table. It's such a relief to feel this huge improvement. My husband can see my improvement and he will make an appointment or two. Thanks so much Katie.
Katie is so professional but makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed at the same time. I have been seeing Katie for about 2 months and am definitely noticing a difference in my overall well being. I was fatigued mentally and physically as well as stiff neck and body way out of sync. I personally believe my sessions with her are gently re aligning me mentally and physically.
