I injured my lower back and was in severe pain, and frustrated with all the anti-inflammatory meds. My wife found Katie at Northern Beaches Bowen. The improvement after my first Bowen treatment with Katie was amazing. And by the end of the third session I was back to my old self.........even better. I highly recommend Katie. I was suffering from a very stiff, sore neck and TMJ a week ago and after trying masssage, stretching and pain killers with no relief, I found Katie from Northern Beaches Bowen.
