I cannot recommend Katie highly enough! I have suffered with severe sciatica pain for around two years and had been getting regular deep tissue remedial massages with little to no relief. I have been seeing Katie from Northern Beaches Bowen now for 3 weeks. I was very sceptical at first as I did not know or understand how Bowen could help with my condition. I have cervical dystonia and have had for ten years. I see a neurologist every three months for botox. Over the ten years I have never considered complimentary treatments to assist. I injured my hip in 2009 and again last year. I was definitely losing my mobility, and two weeks ago I couldn't get up on Katie's treatment table without help. In that one treatment my hip and leg felt much freer, and last week I could easily get back on that table. It's such a relief to feel this huge improvement.
