Dropped into Northern Beaches Automotive, desparate for urgent assistance as my Holden Cruze was losing coolant due to a broken o ring on the reservoir cap. We were on holidays touring the northern beaches when this happen late in the afternoon. These guys were brilliant, listen to my situation, inspected the car and sourced a new cap for us straight away. Also giving advice going forward. I’ve been looking for a really reliable service centre for awhile now. I’ve been to a couple other workshops but northern Beaches automotive has been the best so far. I brought my car in for a simple service. They quoted the cheapest price I could find and they had the car back to me within an hour and a half. I’ve never seen quicker service than this. I highly highly recommend to go and talk to Wayne. Extremely knowledgeable mechanic he will answer every question you need answered and extremely kind service
Do not ever come here for servicing. I had one of the worst experiences with this service centre. After getting my car serviced here, my vehicle’s mileage dropped significantly — from around 10.5–11 km/L to barely 9 km/L. That is a major decline, and it started immediately after their service. During handover, the staff member casually mentioned that if I noticed low mileage, I could come back after a month and he would “fix it” — suggesting additional paid work.
