Great water systems and service from both Sedona and Prescott Valley locations. We met Terra at the Prescott valley home show and then she came to our house and explained how the water softener and purification system works and the whole installation process. She tested our hard water and what we could expect once the system was installed. The installation was done in less than a day. Clear Water and their team helped us figure out what we needed to ensure safe private well water. We are happy with their service; Keenan was a blast to chat with and Bryon was like a walking water dictionary! We are not water people, but we learned so much that if someone needs water help, we will send them to Clear Water. Thank you to Bryon for your patience in explaining things to use so we could understand the global picture of our system and options.

Can't say enough good things about the group that manages Northern Arizona - over the last 10 years we've lived here, Karen has always extremely responsive and helpful - most recently when our RO started leaking, she sent Keenan who quickly responded to determine the issue (an original part from 2004 - that tells you how well made Kinetico is!), quickly followed by Jake getting us set up with the replacement RO - which Keenan promptly installed for us so we were not without clean drinking water.
