We hired Brandon to turn our covered patio into an All weather sunroom. We interviewed several contractors, but Brandon "got it" and was our clear choice. No permit issues. No HOA issues. No work issues, showed up every time they said they would. Over the years we have remolded a few homes, even this one. None of them went as well as this. NAHI had done some work for the previous owner of our home so we reached out to them to see if they were interested in adding a deck to our home. Brandon called us back immediately and set up a meeting with his field guy, Chris. Chris is very knowledgeable and gave us some additional ideas for the deck. Brandon gave us a good estimate so we went a head and had NAHI do the work. It was late fall and the deck work took place through most of the winter. We highly recommend NAHI for any home improvement project. We had a deck built and our front porch ceiling replaced by them. Very efficient and friendly. Very quality work done on both projects. They give lots of attention to detail also.

We added a great room and bathroom to an existing bedroom at the front of our home to make a mother suite. We went back and forth with designs and Brandons experience was invaluable as he was able to make our ideas and preferences into realistic options. Chris was always on time, respectful and provided quality work and workers. Our place turned out exquisite and our neighbors all tell us it looks like it was part of the original house. We would highly recommend and use this company again.

Northern Arizona Home Improvement was recommend by friends. Brandon Barclay, owner, provided us with a schedule for the work and was always available to answer questions or concerns. Chis, the project manager and his crew made sure the area to be renovated was ready for all the work. The Subs; electrical, paint, stucco, cement, roofing, drywall, were outstanding.
