Northern AZ Home Improvement and Brandon listened to our desire to enclose our patio into a great functional room. With our input, the plans were drawn to our specifications. Chris and Jon were very accommodating and explained every step of the process. They made sure that our new addition was exactly what we envisioned. We are very happy with the results.

Northern Az Home Improvement was great to work with when we recently had to replace our deck from the ground up. They promptly returned calls, texts & emails, & everyone was professional & friendly. They clearly explained various aspects of the job & kept us updated on the project. Chris & Jon were meticulous in their attention to details throughout the entire project, ensuring that everything was square & level. They are true craftsmen who know exactly what needs done & they do it well!

We hired Brandon to turn our covered patio into an All weather sunroom. We interviewed several contractors, but Brandon "got it" and was our clear choice. No permit issues. No HOA issues. No work issues, showed up every time they said they would. Over the years we have remolded a few homes, even this one. None of them went as well as this. NAHI had done some work for the previous owner of our home so we reached out to them to see if they were interested in adding a deck to our home. Brandon called us back immediately and set up a meeting with his field guy, Chris. Chris is very knowledgeable and gave us some additional ideas for the deck. Brandon gave us a good estimate so we went a head and had NAHI do the work. It was late fall and the deck work took place through most of the winter. Shout out to Northern AZ Home Improvement for their great construction of our enclosed patio addition. Brandon, Chris, Jon and the subs were all wonderful to work with. Chris was especially good at communicating with us with all the next steps. Our enclosure looks like it was original with the house as it blended in perfectly. Thank you!
