Edited 3-17-26: If I could add more stars I would!! I live relatively close to the shop and I woke up this morning to a frozen lock. My first call was to Mrs.Lisa on recommendations on how to unfreeze the lock, Lisa then sent one of the gentleman out to assist me in getting the door open, with no charge. Took my car in to find out where my oil was leaking from and then they proceed to fix my “spewing” antifreeze leak without calling me first. Instead called me with a quote yesterday , to fix the oil leak was $740, and that I owed them $240 for whatever part it was they replaced. Got told by Lisa since it was the shops fault of replacing it without my consent or knowledge they wouldn’t charge me for it.
