I’m writing this review after seven visits to Mark’s workshop. While he seems knowledgeable, he mainly handles job intake and invoicing, while trainees do the actual work—yet you’re charged around $150 per hour. In my case, a steering issue was misdiagnosed as needing replacement, but was fixed elsewhere with just a fluid flush.
