Have called NAZ a few times for support and cannot emphasize enough how amazing, patient and knowledgeable the Tech Support folks are. They are willing to spend the time necessary to resolve your problems AND teach you along the way. Thank you NAZ!!
Good selection. Fast Shipping. Decent prices for quality products. I haven't needed support but they go over the top to make sure you know it is there and I'm confident I'll have a good support experience if needed. I was going through the RMA process for a brand new Victron inverter charger that, according to the original testing centers notes, had something very wrong with it. They sent it to NAZ for further testing and repair or replacement. NAZ had it for a month and their tech responsible for it, Benjamin, would not respond to any of my emails and calls about the status of the equipment.
