I was going through the RMA process for a brand new Victron inverter charger that, according to the original testing centers notes, had something very wrong with it. They sent it to NAZ for further testing and repair or replacement. NAZ had it for a month and their tech responsible for it, Benjamin, would not respond to any of my emails and calls about the status of the equipment.
