excellent communication. i wasn’t gonna go with NAZ because something was backordered (i was told it would take about 2-3 weeks) but when this other company sent cryptic updates i decided to stick with NAZ and even with a hiccup i wasn’t upset because they replied promptly and professionally
Few years ago, NAZ Solar stepped up on a warranty issue. Really appreciated that. This is why I buy from them whenever feasible, like my most recent purchase of a Victron charge controller.

Inverter works fine unless you need to charge it under 45v Then it smokes makes a weird noise and don't charge. I burnt up 2 inverters.Third one does the same thing. Would recommend a different brand
