Entered in to a payment schedule in May 2022 and made first payment on May 3 2022 Mailed 2nd payment June 2022 Two and a half weeks later the ever efficient postal returned the envelope with a yellow sticker stating mail was “undeliverable building vacant” Subsequently attempted to call and found phone was disconnected Strange way to do business

This is outrageous, payment made by wells fargo bank for passed yrs has been being sent back to back. Has returned 4 times now. Refused payment??
Going to make these guys pay big in Federal Court, they violated the Fair Debt Collections Act, when they did not bother to send me a notice of debt 30 days prior to sending the debt to credit bureaus! Also the debt belonged to another person so they really F that up! Guess what I'm a law student and I am going to use these guys as an example for class :)
