I would call them to fix my Appliances. A little Expensive In My Opinion. "he would argue with me on that" But that's the price When you're dealing with a Solid Professional. My husband purchases a GE Opal Ice Machine in November of 2023, 6 months later it stopped working. I followed all the instructions to clean and descale the machine it had a very loud noise and stopped making ice. I mailed in my warranty to GE as soon as I got the machine. They refuse to replace the ice machine and will not honor the warranty. If Northern Appliance is willing to deal with this problem that would be welcome. Otherwise, I would not purchase this ice machine or anything since the warranty’s are not honored.
