They were able to schedule my fridge repair really quickly, and tech Tyler was so sweet and professional, even though he had to drive to Spokane twice to get missing or replace broken parts. The price was more than reasonable considering the many hours he put into the project . I highly recommend Northern Appliance, for sure.
Great experience overall. Called and immediately had someone sent out first thing the next day. Tyler C. was wonderful and very upfront about cost + problems. Was so speedy with diagnosis and solution and got everything resolved for both our washer + dryer in the same day. Highly recommend!
