My husband had a stroke and insurance was not paying my bill. Alan was waited so long for my bill to pay and he was so kind and last 6 months I am trying to handle paying my bills . Everyone talked to like I am criminal and not paying on time but he waited so long with kindsness and understand my situation and give me best financial plan to pay off.
Alan drove my 89 year old mother to a follow-up appointment with her surgeon. He was exceedingly professional, courteous and gracious. He came to her room at the rehab facility, brought her to the transport vehicle and made sure she was secure and comfortable. His attention was exceptional and his driving to and from the appointment was incredibly smooth.
