So this idiot Jim Sorrell of Hot Stuff installed my $17000 system in my new construction and it failed regularly for two years. Five different companies tried to fix it, and all five told me I need a new setup to the tune of $10Gs. Northern Air came by and did one day of work and fixed the whole problem for pennies on the dollar and took me on for regular maintenance. This is the best HVAC in NNY! I owe Andrew SOOO much. THANK YOU ANDY!
We paid the $150 for a consultation, he said he would get back to us in a few days, that was the last we heard from them. It's now 3 months later and we're now viewing other alternatives. Very disappointed in this service.
