Todd has come to the rescue once again. Our air-conditioning just stopped working out of the blue and he came right out. Immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day. I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful it is to have found someone trustworthy and reliable for our heating and air conditioning repairs. Wish I had someone like Todd for all of the appliances in our house. Superb customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you!!!
Can't say i had a great experience with this company. The company came and told me that my AC unit needed to be replaced and gave me a quote and told me about their finance company which that was very helpful. I have an insurance called American Home Shield and he told me that this company did not replace units. I called American Home Shield and my AC unit was covered by them as long as the AC contractor sent the information on the diagnosis to American Home Shield stating that my AC unit needed to be replaced which he faile... read more
I can't say enough great things about Northern Air! Todd and his son Adam came to our residence in Hagerstown, MD. We had another tech come out the day before he did. That tech said we had to replace the Heat Exchange and was going to charge us so much money. The heating unit was turning off intermittently and very had to troubleshoot. Todd and Adam took on the arduous of task of breaking down the unit into its parts until they found the culprit. The drainage trap was clogged. I have worked with the owner and his son quite a few times now; they are truly some of the best people I've worked with. Very thorough and honorable with their work. I can tell they have a lot of integrity and a TON of knowledge. Highly recommend!

Todd and Adam are absolutely the most consummate business professionals and most personable people you will ever deal with.
