Cannot say enough positive things about this company! We had to replace a heat pump and they came out, provided a price and arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Very friendly, did all the clean up, respectful of property, etc. Will definitely call them again if the need arises.
I can’t say enough about how much my family appreciates the father-and-son team of Todd and Adam at Northern Air Heating and Cooling. My mother, who was recently widowed, needed her HVAC system checked for a leak and also wanted to replace her existing NEST thermostat. Todd took the time to thoroughly explain everything he observed with her system, which meant a great deal to both of us. He pressurized the system, identified the leak, and repaired it. Northern Air Heating & Cooling is a wonderful company! When we first needed them this Winter, Todd immediately responded on a Sunday and stated that they would be at our house on Monday morning to get us heat. They provide quick, efficient service at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!
I would give a zero stars if I could. They came to my home as a contractor with American Home Shield warranty. My AC compressor is bad due to age as told to me by the tech. Because I would not do a full replacement @ $10,500 financed through their company and opted for compressor replacement the tech lied. He asked me if we had any power outages to have my homeowners insurance cover a full replacement. I told him I was not aware of any outages.
