Fabulous customer service. Very accommodating and the van was a dream. I named it “Pippy” for the journey and we saw a lot of the beauty that is Alaska through that windshield and enjoyed some amazing camping. Thank you! Great trip! I fully intend to see you again next year!
5 star rating for the camper van, customer service and transperancy. We rented a camper van for 9 nights and would do it again next time we are in Anchorage. The whole process from booking to returning the vehicle is so smooth. I had a lot of questions before booking and Jenna was more than patient answering them all. I highly recommend Northern Access! Jenna and Dana are GREAT, they make everything smooth and easy. The booking process is very transparent, no hidden fees, and clear insurance options. They were very flexible regarding pick up and drop off hours and locations. And the van is clean, in a good shape and comes with all that you need to survive in the wildest Alaska. My wife and I stayed in a Northern Access campervan for 10 nights on a tour of Alaska. The van was very easy to drive and plenty spacious for my wife and I. We made at least 2 meals a day for all of our stay and found the cooking supplies to be sufficient and easy to use. We drove up north to Denali and the weather got pretty cold at night, but as long as we used the blankets and snuggled, we were plenty warm.
