Instal was quick, thorough and precise. We had 2 overhead doors installed and their techs came on time when scheduled. If you are wanting a garage door, give yourself as much time as possible given the supply chain issues.

Northerm does not have their own installers, so they have a list of independent contractors that they give out. We used their windows and one of these contractors to replace 3 of our old double pane windows. The contractor thought it was fine to put the new triple pane windows into the old frames without consulting us about it first. The old frames were clearly bad and leaked a considerable amount of cold air, and on top of that the new windows did not fit anyway. Northerm set us up with a contractor who did a horrible job, the window cracked, zero help with that. Today we had service people from All West come to fix Northerms job and they were horrified by the work. Northerm is an apathetic company ripping off home owners when money is already tight due to inflation. Shame on them.
