A loyal customer for almost 2 decades now! I can't say enough good things about Northend Wrench. We've been taking our vehicles there for almost 20 years, and have told many friends to use them too. They have always fixed it right the first time, at a fair price. But check this out: There have been times when, instead of doing work and charging me, they'll suggest an alternative that means no revenue for them, but in the end, saves me money. Case in point was my latest appointment: Took my SUV in, on 4/16/2012, for a whining... read more
Best private garage in town Northend Wrench may not give you the cheapest quote, but they'll do the best work and it will be diagnosed right the first time. They are very honest about what needs done and what can be put off until later, and they always use top quality parts. You might need to wait to get your car in, but it's well worth it.
Complete Ripoff Last time my car was fixed here, they screwed up the cruise control and horn. I took it back to get this fixed, as well as a leaking sunroof and broken handle that reclines the passenger seat. They wanted to charge $700 for parts and labor to fix the assembly, so instead, we had them seal the sunroof shut. They charged $200 for this and said it will PROBABLY work.
