I have been going to Northend Optical for about 4 years. I have to see a specialist when I get my eyes check but I never get my glasses from that office. I always go to Northend Optical because of Diane. Each time I’ve been there, she has picked out frames that I love but i personally would not have picked them out myself. One of the lenses in my eyeglasses suddenly fell out because the screw became loose. I contacted Northend Optical, Diane was able to give me an appointment right away.
