The most unprofessional GP i have ever experienced in my life. The appointment was set on 2:20 , i came there at 2:12, right off the bat told them if they cd hurry as i have to go pick up my child, for 1 hour i heard that i will be next, at 3:10 i have had enough and asked them to stick it where the sun dont shine. This GP shd have never been able to take this many booking if they dont have the diligence to manage patients. I have waited over 1 hour with my crying baby waiting for my appointment that shd have been completed for over 1 hour ago! This Dr Nagui Yacoub knew abt it but still that unprofessional decided to keep me waiting for over 1 hour! This is not acceptable and he should be held accountable for this utterly amysmal display of professionalism. Truly pathetic.
Staff are great, helpful and professional. On the phone as well very helpful in appointment bookings and availablities, they are greatCentre offers excellent service from the staff and doctors. Small size centre although the ladies at front reception make it a friendly welcome medical centre. Overall excellent service. 👍👌😊
