Service is getting rude by t the day, but they want respect when you speak to them, twice I’ve called and waited 1 hour more than twice to cancel an appointment I gave up and blocked the phone. Gone are the days when receptionist there knew how to answer you’re questions and went out of their way to help you now you’re just a number no care factor.
My family and I have been coming to Northend Medical Centre for many years, and I would like to recognise Sophie at reception for her outstanding work. From my initial phone call with the reception team - thanks Kelly you were great, to coming in for an appointment and then having an Iron infusion everything was seemless. I highly recommend. The Doctors amazing, the nurse top notch and the admin so very helpful. The doctor went above and beyond and simply said- this is my job to ensure you have access to the treatment and care you need.
