Got jerked around when I bought my bike. Jacket I bought the zipper broke, returned for a new one and same thing happened. Had to have some repairs done to my bike later on, took almost 2 months because "they couldn't get the parts" for a current production model. When I picked up my bike handle bars were crooked, clutch was lower than break and when I got home 2 bolts at the bottom of the fork had almost fallen out cause they never got tightened.
