I had such a fantastic experience with the fine people at North End collision! They did incredible work in a timely fashion. They even managed to overcome obstacles like supply chain issues and back ordered parts. They fought through all of the hurdles and found a way to deliver my car back to me good as new. I can’t recommend this team enough for all your collision repairs. They worked seamlessly with state Farm to process the claim. They are great folks!
My car was totaled by my neighbor’s backyard tree during the winds storm. My insurance company referred me to them. Unfortunately, they could not fix my car. But I have to say their customer service was fantastic. From the time they received my car to the time I cleared it out. From the front desk to the service personnel, they were amazing. I would recommend them.
They do good work
North end auto is the place I chose to do business with when my car was damaged from an accident. They handled 90% of the auto claim I made with state farm. Sarah was very nice and patient and made me feel at ease. As soon as my car arrived they jumped right on it and got to work. I was rear ended passenger side rear bumper. The bumper had to be replaced. There was minor damage prior Rear quarter panel and bumper on driver side because the bumper had to be replaced now my bumper on the driver side and rear quarter panel won’t align this is how they repaired my vehicle they pointed out the damage before repairs and seen how both were aligned quarter panel and bumper on driver side now they said I need to repair the quarter panel so the two can align $$$$$
