Great shop! Excellent customer service. Sarah was very friendly and updated me every step of the way. Very impressed how quickly my car was repaired. Picked it up freshly washed and looking good! Highly recommend.

DO NOT DO BUISENESS WITH, Took my car here as part of an insurance claim and the day after I received the vehicle back my window pillar came off while I was on the expressway, I contacted the shop and they said they removed the piece and would take care of it but they would need to contact my insurance, 3 weeks later I am told by my insurance carrier that the collision shop is denying they removed the piece, now I am stuck with the repair, This is literally a $100 part that they want to fight me over....take your business el... read more
My family has been using Northend Collision Repair shop for OVER 20 years. Between 2023 and 2024 I was involved in 4 car accidents, though I’m embarrassed, Northend Collision has always made me feel comfortable with their customer service. In addition, they are quick and thorough with repairs.
