After 9 months of cat scans,mri s, weekly blood tests,several er visits to dm in hanover i went to nvrh. Doctor Jon NEZ recommended at blood test for lime disease. I was admitted and given mega doses of antibiotics for a week. I can't say enough for the care I received by doc. John and the staff on the second floor. They could not have been more efficient or kinder to me. I feel like a new person now that I am healthy again. Hats off to nvrh

Was just in the other night and had to leave of my own accord as I was being abused by staff, my patient right to decline treatments were being violated, and they were trying to make me sign documents without fully going over them. Then is trying to say i signed said documents when I did not. I went in for GI issues and dehydration and left with literal bruises. How can a hospital do such a thing? Do not recommend, save yourself and find a different hospital.

First and foremost let me say one thing, I AM NOT AN ANIMAL. I have feelings and experience pain. Something that the staff here does not seem to understand. Apart from the fact that they gave me a glorified band aid for a deep cut, the NP that was assisting me gave me attitude when I jumped from the seat after she jabbed me with the needle. Give your staff some training in empathy.
