I had an experience that required me to go to the Emergency Dept at NVRH about a year ago. Every staff member treated me with respect and kindness. They quickly got me tested for a heart attack which thankfully I wasn't having. They continued to monitor my heath and took a scan to ensure everything was okay. I would highly recommend NVRH!

My husband had a house accident and he was bleeding profusely. He went to NVRH’s ER, and he received expedient and high level care. I highly recommend going to NVRH’s ER. It is our community hospital, and my husband was lucky this hospital was only twenty five minutes away. Keep up the good work NVRH!

This was our first experience with NVRH and a very happy outcome despite the circumstances. Dr. Nesbitt was the attending ER Physician. He was amazing! Kind, knowledgeable, caring and not judgmental or mean like LRH. He spent hours with my son that has a chronic medical issue. He followed the plan and pain regiment that had been put in place by his PCP and Dartmouth.
