Very pushy making me hold bladder all day and all night and very controlling and bossy and acting like know it alls acting like they can run my life for me and giving me meds allergic to and meds with bad side effects treating me like I mean nothing like I don't deserve to be around and very pushy and rude and disrespectful and nose and getting into personal business testing me like a kid and not listening always arguing and also snotty and they don't care at all

This hospital needs so much work. People getting called the wrong name, appointments wing rescheduled without any input, clients being dropped with no warning or replacement, little to no follow up, gaslighting about expectations, and god forbid someone have a mental crisis there lest they be made fun of. Honestly I'd rather just suffer with my ailments than try to navigate this much utter disrespect. Leave me to die before sending me there.

My mother just spent 12 days in NVRH, mostly in the ICU. She is now dramatically improved, back at home, and extremely grateful to everyone there.

NVRH is the first place I feel safe with medical professionals. My OBGYN and PCP take my health issues seriously and I feel respected and heard at every appointment. The online portal is also easy to use and helps me get in contact with my doctors and the nurses quickly, no matter what my question is. I am never waiting long for an answer or call back. I love NVRH!

I grew up going to NVRH. The staff and system have always been great. It wasn’t until recently that I moved to Maine and started working full-time with financial struggles of my own. Over this past summer, I lost my insurance and had a period where I was without health coverage. I had to go to the emergency room once, and needed one visit to Women’s Wellness as well.
