We had a fantastic experience at the ER following a hiking accident while on vacation. Everyone we met—nurses, imaging techs and front office staff— were friendly, professional, patient and thorough. Special shout out to Dr St Martin. We’re back on track!

The worst care I have ever had in my life. This office is a mess and the administration is a nightmare. My son has a genetic condition that makes him get chronic ear infections and he is followed by Boston children's. He was giving the signs of a growing ear infection while we were on vacation. I called ahead, they don't take appts. I went in wait was ok, it was around 6pm. The PA was nice, prescribed a med that he doesn't tolerate well, but I figured we could get by for now. I went in the ER visibly in pain cause I thought I had a UTI, I go in and take a pee test and my pee is bright red which is a sign of a UTI but also a bigger sign to that leading to the kidneys and bladder, they tested only for the UTI and pregnancy I was told and gaven meds for the UTI, right when handed the meds I got handed a discharge paper. mind u I was only in the ER for 20-30 mins no further exams nothing I told them all clear signs leading to something more, I couldnt feel my back I couldnt even walk well, they ruled... read more

Edit to add, interesting how they always respond to thier positive reviews but they can't find the words or time to respond to one this upsetting, hmm... I have a friend who was suffering with very bad trauma and diagnosed PTSD, depression,etc..he went to the ER here for help as he was feeling extremely suicidal. They actually told him to come back in the morning if he still felt that way!
