I was born here in 1997. Both of my parents said they had a great experience.
My mom had a colonoscopy yesterday and all the nurses, doctor and anesthesiology were top!! The process went smoothly, the attention to my mom that doesn't speak english was amazing. They made her feel really comfortable. I love this hospital!!! Day surgery excellent!!
I have a friend who was suffering with very bad trauma and diagnosed PTSD, depression,etc..he went to the ER here for help as he was feeling extremely suicidal. They actually told him to come back in the morning if he still felt that way! I had to stay up with him all night watching him hyperventilating and crying hysterically and did my best to keep him calm till the morning when he needed an ambulance to take him back, that finally made them take him seriously and he was given help at Brattleboro as a psychiatrist did in f... read more
If I could rate 0 I would ridiculous no one actually cares about your health here especially the people awnsering phones and have no other job then to do exactly thats and put in info on the company its really not that hard every single hospital ever has a surgeon on call especially for people who just had surgery but instead im forced to come to the er to get to talk to someone.
